Not financial advice
Important. GeFi is a marketplace and infrastructure platform for AI financial models. Nothing on
gefi.io,app.gefi.io, in any model output, in any dashboard, or in any document we publish is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice, and nothing constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security, derivative, digital asset, or other financial instrument.
Model outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete or wrong. You are solely responsible for:
- Evaluating whether any model output is suitable for your use case, jurisdiction, and risk tolerance.
- Obtaining independent professional advice before acting on any output.
- Complying with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including licensing, market-conduct, AML, and consumer-protection rules.
GeFi is not a regulated investment adviser, broker-dealer, money transmitter, or virtual-asset service provider in any jurisdiction unless explicitly stated in writing for that jurisdiction.
Governing law
- For customers contracting with GeFi Ltd. (UK entity): these terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are preserved.
- For customers contracting with the GeFi US entity: these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, again subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
The contracting entity is identified on your invoice and in the order form.
